We want each Vrwtleangβ’ purchase to arrive as expected.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, an item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from odors, marks, or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by valid order information
Items marked final sale, gift cards, and products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
Starting a Return
Contact service@vrwtleang.com before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the request.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Do not send returns to the company address unless our support team provides written instructions.
Refund Review
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility unless the item arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and offer an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.
