Order Preparation

Orders are reviewed and prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and charges are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched.

A tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for checking the shipping address before completing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

Delays and Failed Delivery

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, and regional service interruptions may affect delivery. Vrwtleang™ is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges. These costs are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.
